Incline Marketing Executives specializes in the direct marketing and sales field for nationally recognized companies in the renewable energy industry. Through our work with these clients, we have helped grow their business tremendously. Our approach is simple: using client-provided leads, we work with very specific customers, focusing on building strong relationships and suggesting solutions that meet their individual needs.

We’ve just expanded our reach in the Pittsburgh area, and we’re looking to add 5 Retail Team Members to our growing team. Each new team member will receive hands-on training from our top Sales Team Members to become an expert in the role.

Responsibilities of the Retail Team Member:

• Receive hands-on and classroom-style training from top team members and leadership to fully understand entry-level responsibilities

• Become an expert in client product knowledge to confidently educate customers and overcome objections

• Work directly with customers daily, maintaining professionalism in every interaction

• Master the full sales cycle and ensure accurate completion of all customer transactions

• Upsell products and services that align with the customer's needs

• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for client reporting

• Collaborate closely with team members and offer support when needed

• Participate in daily team meetings to review individual and company goals
