We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Retail Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive in-store engagement, and increase customer enrollment for a leading renewable energy provider. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail trends, consumer behavior, and a mix of digital and traditional marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers inside retail locations, providing compelling insights to generate new customers for the renewable energy brand.
• Provide tailored energy solutions that meet each individual customer’s needs.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process, helping them transition to renewable energy.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming retail space at all times.
• Stay up-to-date on the renewable energy client's products, services, and available promotions.
• Track sales data and report performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Some experience in retail marketing, brand management, advertising, or customer-facing positions is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving brand awareness.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends, in a fast-paced retail environment.
